TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Keith Marshall Little Big Band is available for events throughout the UK, and is prepared to travel abroad if the band’s scheduling permits and if expenses are met. Once committed to a playing contract the band guarantees to provide an excellent night’s entertainment, giving you the very best that it can offer. The cost of hiring the band varies, depending on the type of venue, the length of time it is required to play, and the conditions under which the musicians must perform. (Different rates apply, of course, for the smaller, five-piece jazz ensemble).
When contracting the band to play, a fifty percent deposit is required, with the balance to be paid on arrival. Should the event be cancelled at least one month before, all monies paid will be refunded in full. If the event is cancelled less than one month before, the deposit is not refundable. If the event is cancelled at very short notice (i.e. within a couple of days before, or on the day itself), the agreed full fee must be paid. These terms and conditions are non-negotiable.
